This week at Hare Krishna Valley we again hosted a group from the Golden Plains shire council, who came to find out more about what we do at our farm. After a tour of our eco-house, they came to the Temple to engage in dancing and chanting Hare Krishna. This was followed by a short cooking demonstration, and then they partook of a sumptuous vegetarian lunch of food blessed by Lord Krishna.
On Sunday 72 people attended our monthly Sunday feast programme and danced, chanted and shared a feast with us. Several people stayed on for a few days to assist us with rabbit proofing some of our fences, so that we can protect our flowers and vegetables from being eaten.
